USOAM is a non-profit organization dedicated to forging a vibrant economic partnership between Africa and the Caribbean. We envision a future where these regions are seamlessly connected, their economies thriving through increased trade, investment, and knowledge sharing.

Our Mission

  • Foster economic integration and collaboration Between businesses in Africa and the Caribbean
  • Promote open markets: We advocate for trade liberalization, reduced tariffs, and streamlined customs procedures.
  • Facilitate business connections: We organize trade missions, business matchmaking events, and conferences to connect African and Caribbean companies
  • Empower businesses: We provide knowledge sharing initiatives, market research, and capacity building programs to enhance competitiveness.
  • Harmonize standards: We work towards the harmonization of product standards and regulations to eliminate trade barriers.

Our History & Leadership

USOAM was founded in 2023 by a coalition of business associations, chambers of commerce, and NGOs committed to strengthening economic ties between Africa and the Caribbean. Our dedicated Board of Directors, comprised of esteemed leaders from both regions, guide our strategic direction and ensure the impactful delivery of our programs.
